Update since it's been awhile...

Jeez, it's been awhile since I posted. This is the first time in over a week that I've honestly felt good enough to actually function. Yay morning sickness! Someone should really change the name cause it definitely is not just a morning thing. My house is trashed so now I'm trying to put in some effort to get it clean. I know you are probably wondering how morning sickness can keep me from writing a blog, but even looking at a computer screen for a long period of time has caused me to feel sick lately. I can't wait to get rid of these ferrets (We are, finally. I didn't want them in the first place really...) because their smell is so sickening. I'll be plenty happy when we are back to only one pet to drive me insane. I think Attila is getting jealous because he's started to act out like a moody teenager by throwing his food bowl around and stuff. It's messy and annoying!

On top of everything else, we've got an ant problem....again. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, they are everywhere! Hopefully cleaning stuff up a little bit today will help out, but we don't have food or anything lying about in the house so I just don't get it. They keep hanging out by my computer since it's warm and that is driving me just plain nuts! Lets be honest, they drive me plain nuts in general. I hate bugs.

Been a lot of drama on the work front for Sam and just been crazy with me. I got two tickets for ridiculous stuff that I now have to pay on top of the bills. We're making it work but it just sucks. I definitely need to start saving some money so hopefully we can get things under control soon. There is about a 98% chance that Sam is getting his raise and most likely within the next month so that will help x1000000000. (I'm not even sure how many zeros that was I just kept typing...haha :) )

Well, I better get back to cleaning since I don't do anything else at the moment. Been feeling like a failure the past few weeks with not working AND not cleaning. I'm gonna boost my mood today by being productive. :) I'll try to be better at posting now that I am starting to feel a little better!

Quick Update

I have been seriously slacking on the blogging front. For some reason, having more free time makes me so much less motivated to do anything. That, and add in the fact that I've had some minor morning sickness and that my house is so dry I can't sleep well...yeah, I'm very unproductive. Hopefully I'll be stepping up my game this week. I have a final in my class to complete at some point this week (prior to Thursday) and then this class is over. Woo. Then NEXT week I get to start a new one...definitely more intensive as it is an actual accounting class. I'm less excited that my birthday is coming up in a month than I have been any other year because I would just like it to be the end of May. I'm looking forward to a nice doctors appointment :) . The plus side to all this free is that I've started cooking some good food! Definitely is gonna make me a happier and healthier person.

I know I haven't written in awhile, but I am still cutting this short. Really there is nothing to report on. I'm about 6 weeks along now. It's so exciting!!

So What Wednesday!

I almost forgot to do this again this week so it is 9 minutes into Thursday as I write this. In my opinion I still feel that it is acceptable.

This week I am saying SO WHAT if:

• There is dirty laundry all over my apartment right now. My washing machine broke. I'm going to a friend's house tomorrow to do it all, but I usually wash clothes like every other day so it is intense.
• I'm super excited about tomorrow. Lots of good things are happening. I have the day off, were looking at a house we might rent, and I'm going to the DR to get a blood test to make sure the HPT weren't wrong! Which leads me to...
• I'm more excited about "potentially" being pregnant than I was about getting married. I can't explain it but this is just HUGE to me.
• All I seem to be able to talk about is being pregnant. I'm not very far along and maybe I'm telling people too early but it's exciting. I feel the need to apologize in advance.
• I've already posted about the pregnancy on here but haven't on facebook yet. We're waiting until after the blood test tomorrow.
• I've been ordering food from work a lot this week. It's my last week there so my last week of discounts! I'm gonna miss 50% off.

I think I'll leave it at that this week. As you can tell I have a little bit of a one-track mind right now. :) Happy Wednesday.

Huge News!

I have some crazy, exciting, HUGE news to share today. I haven't even made this facebook official yet, it's that new. I've done all the mandatory parts of this, but I'm gonna start here and work forward.

We're expecting! I'm due sometime in December, the expected date is around the 17th. I think it will be a little later than that but we shall see. I love my husband, but this is more exciting than getting married was...haha. :)

I'm going in for a blood test confirmation on Thursday at my doctors and once we do that I will be starting to post on facebook etc. I thought I'd be the mother who waited til 3 months to tell everyone, but I cannot hold this in.

Lots of Changes

Sorry for the lack of posting these past few days. It has been constant chaos at our house because we were hosting the groom for a wedding we attended this weekend. Thursday night we held his bachelor party and allowed him to crash (and puke) here instead of heading home and disturbing his beautiful wife. Friday, he wanted to stay away so they didn't see each other before the wedding so he spent the night once again. We also had his rehearsal dinner etc. to go to on Friday night so we were going non-stop. Saturday was his wedding, of course, and we were helping out with that. Sam was in the wedding and I was their decorator/coordinator of present moving and all sorts of other duties. I had to run out 20 min before their reception to find a new guest book because theirs got lost! (Of course, it was found immediately after I returned!) As you can tell, I've had little time for internet.

Today is my friend Sarah's 23rd birthday so I just got back from her dinner about an hour ago. We went to Red Lobster and had cake and all sorts of fun. I just wish the temperature didn't drop so drastically because it went from being like 90 during the day to 40ish and rainy. We survived though.

Now, I am in the process of cleaning up my house and packing things. My husband is getting transferred to a different store for work about 35 min away from us here. We were looking into moving into a new apartment anyway, so now we are looking a little closer to that store. It definitely put things into motion for us a little faster than anticipated. He starts at the store on Tuesday and we really want to limit the amount of time we are having him travel. It wouldn't be as bad, but he doesn't have a car or a license so I (or Riss) have to drive him to work and back everyday (plus I am still working this week). After next Sunday things should be easier as I will be unemployed for the foreseeable future.

Like the title says, lots of change! I'll try to keep the blog world updated as we go along!
